4. Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay TechBot for the services provided in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions. Payment terms, including rates, invoicing schedules, and payment methods, will be outlined in the service agreement.


5. Intellectual Property: TechBot retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with its services, including but not limited to software, designs, and proprietary methodologies. Clients may not use or reproduce TechBot's intellectual property without prior written consent.


6. Cybersecurity Measures: TechBot implements industry-standard cybersecurity measures to protect client data and systems from unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats. However, clients acknowledge that no system can be entirely secure, and TechBot cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber attacks.


7. Data Privacy: TechBot complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). TechBot collects and processes client data only for the purpose of providing services and will not use or disclose such data for any other purpose without client consent.


8. Incident Response: In the event of a cybersecurity incident or data breach involving client systems or data, TechBot will promptly notify the client and take appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of the incident. TechBot will cooperate with the client and relevant authorities as necessary to investigate and address the incident.


9. Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of TechBot's services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to data protection, cybersecurity, and intellectual property rights.


10. Service Agreement: By utilizing TechBot's services, you enter into a binding agreement with our company, governed by these terms and conditions.


11. Payment Terms: Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms specified in their service agreements or invoices. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of services.


12. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by TechBot remain the property of TechBot unless explicitly transferred in writing.


13. Confidentiality: TechBot agrees to keep confidential all proprietary information provided by clients, and clients agree to do the same for any confidential information shared by TechBot.


14. Data Protection: TechBot takes data protection and privacy seriously. We adhere to all relevant data protection laws and regulations when handling client data.


15. Service Level Agreement (SLA): TechBot strives to meet the service level agreements outlined in our contracts. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.


16. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice period as outlined in the contract. Termination fees may apply.


17. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold TechBot harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client's use of our services.

23. Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created by TechBot for their projects. TechBot retains the right to showcase these deliverables in our portfolio.


24. Change Control: Any changes to project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in adjustments to the project cost.


25. Governing Law: The service agreement is governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [jurisdiction].

38. Compliance with Industry Standards: TechBot agrees to comply with industry standards and best practices in delivering our services, including but not limited to web development standards and cybersecurity protocols.


39. Compliance with Agreed Timelines: Clients agree to provide any necessary approvals, feedback, or materials within the agreed-upon timelines to prevent delays in project delivery.


40. Compliance with Acceptable Use Policy: Clients agree to use TechBot's services in accordance with our acceptable use policy, which prohibits activities such as spamming, hacking, or distributing illegal content.


41. Data Backup: While TechBot takes precautions to protect client data, clients are responsible for maintaining their backups and disaster recovery plans.


42. Severability: If any provision of the service agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
